The Law Society Golf Club team arrived at Swinley Forest Golf Club at an early hour to challenge the Lutine Golf Society. A very friendly annual fixture at a course where there is some royal patronage. A bacon bap followed by a round of 4somes golf after which there was the usual wonderful lunch associated with Swinley Forest. It’s hard to consider golf after such a fantastic feast but we departed for the afternoon round of 4somes with the LSGC lending the Lutine Golf Society a player to even up the player numbers for the afternoon round. The Law Society Golf Club were fortunate to play on a windy but rain-free day and managed to run out winners by 8 points to 2 points. A great day with wonderful camaraderie between the two teams. We look forward to the return fixture next year again at Swinley Forest.
